Copy-Cat McGriddle

 

 

What you need:

Protein Pancakes

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 organic farm-fresh eggs

  • 1 scoop natural or vanilla protein powder ( I like to use vanilla Shakeology)

  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Dash cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

 

 

Everything else

  • 4 organic farm-fresh eggs

  • 4 strips nitrate-free bacon (or sausage)

  • Optional: serve with pure maple syrup
