What you need:
Protein Pancakes

2 ripe bananas

2 organic farm-fresh eggs

1 scoop natural or vanilla protein powder ( I like to use vanilla Shakeology)

1 1/2 tsp coconut flour
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
Dash cinnamon
-
1/2 tsp baking powder
Everything else
-
4 organic farm-fresh eggs
-
4 strips nitrate-free bacon (or sausage)
-
Optional: serve with pure maple syrup
