FOOD!!!!!

It's no secret that I LOVE FOOD!! And FOOD LOVES ME!! So of course I am going to have to have a recipe round up on my site FULL OF GREAT RECIPES!! Because let's get real here this lady aint goin hungry!

----Healthy eating I feel is the MOST important part about getting healthy and losing weight. If you eat CLEAN keep to 3 meals and 2 snacks a day and keep the treats to moderation, the pounds WILL come off. 

 

As an online health & fitness coach WHO LOVES TO EAT I have learnt that you can still enjoy your favorite foods in MODERATION and still see results!!

 

I HAVE TRIED THEM ALL.....DIETS DON'T WORK .... You need to FEED YOURSELF not starve yourself! Introduce CLEAN FOODS into your daily routine and I promise you that you will NEVER go hungry again! CLEAN foods help you stay full longer they are what fuels your body to keep you going!
