  • 1 teaspoon chipotle hot pepper sauce

  • 1 1 1/2-pound flank steak

  • 8 ounces mixed baby greens

  • 1 12-ounce container marinated small fresh mozzarella balls, drained

What's better than preparing dinner on the BBQ? NOTHING I LOVE TO BBQ. I have actually BBQ in 2 feet of snow and -30 out (Calgary winters get cold) but nothing will stop me from getting my BBQ on :)
