  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut oil, softened but not liquified

  • 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature

  • 1/2 cup *full-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 1/2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
