What you need:

1-2 ounces whole grain tortilla chips

½ cup chopped onion
-
½ cup peppers
-
½ cup blck bleans
-
1 ounce shredded low fat cheese
optional toppings: Green onion, tomato, olive
How it's made:
1. Spread whole grain tortilla chips on an oven/microwave safe plate and top with beans, peppers, onions and shredded low fat cheese.
2. Bake at 300 for 10 to 12 minutes or microwave 30 seconds until the cheese melts.
3. Top with 1/4 cup salsa and 2 tablespoons guacamole.
