    2/3 cup canola oil
    1/3 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
    2/3 cup water
    2 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup organic rolled oats (save 1 teaspoon for sprinkling on top)
    1 2/3 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
