  • 4 — Large (9”) La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat High Fiber, Low Carb Tortillas

  • 1½ cups Ragú® Light Pizza Sauce (2 Tbsp per tortilla + ¼ cup leftover for dipping)

  • 2 cups low moisture, part-skim, shredded mozzarella cheese (½ cup per tortilla, divided)

  • 6 oz turkey pepperoni (1.5 oz per tortilla)

  • ½ cup onion, minced (2 Tbsp per tortilla)

  • ½ cup green bell pepper, diced (2 Tbsp per tortilla)

  • 1 cup white mushrooms, thinly sliced (¼ cup per tortilla)
