Below are 5 reasons why EVERY Women should Squat using weights!

Because who doesn't want that sexy round FIRM bum! I KNOW I DO!! Wouldn't you?

#2 A Strong and Toned Body

Squats don't just work your glutes and quads, they also work your hamstrings, calves, lower back and even your abs! They increase your testosterone level (ONLY A LITTLE So don't worry ladies all is good) this will help with toning and developing your entire body. Squats will also help improve your cardio as you are going up and down into each squat. Talk about a double move!
