Guilt Free Coleslaw

With BBQ season upon us I am always looking for a healthier version of my favorite recipes! Yesterday I was able to find a killer guilt free coleslaw recipe! But of course in true Jenna fashion I never follow a

recipe to a Tee and decided to switch it up a bit and totally IN LOVE!! I will defiantly be then one bringing the Slaw to the BBQ from here on in! Now I just need to post this recipe all over Facebook as a subtle hint to my friends to invite me ;)

Guilt Free Coleslaw
What you need:
1 Bag Coleslaw mix of choice
2/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Light Mayo (This is optional But I found it gave the recipe the little something it was missing)
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Apple Cider vinegar or White Wine vinegar
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
Pink Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. I suggest letting it sit for at least an hour so marinate in its flavors!
